SHIPPING POLICY

Grapple Science currently only ships the USA and Canada.

In the USA we offer standard and economy shipping methods and we use USPS as our carrier.

In Canada we offer a variety of methods such as USPS First Class International, Priority Mail Express International, and Priority Mail International as well as DHL Express.

The shipping rates and options that can be applied to your order will appear in checkout. The rates displayed are the only options we offer to the shipping address you have provided. If you do not see a shipping rate displayed then we do not ship to your address.

Returns and Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy: If you're not satisfied with your purchase (supplements, gear, or apparel), you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or an exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

• Products purchased through third-party vendors are subject to that vendor's return policy.
• 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return or exchange.
